- Parmesan Cheese
- 3 Colour Peppers
- 1 Egg
- Minced Beef
Mix the mince with the parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, salt and pepper and bread crumbs.
Cut off the top of the pepper, empty out completely, and stuff with the mince mixture.
Bake in the oven until the mince is cooked and enjoy!
