Low-Carb Stuffed Peppers

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • Garlic
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Colour Peppers
  • Mustard
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • Minced Beef

Step 1

Mix the mince with the parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, salt and pepper and bread crumbs.

Cut off the top of the pepper, empty out completely, and stuff with the mince mixture.
