Tortellini with Peas and Feta Sauce
Ingredients
- Tortellini pasta;
- Feta cheese;
- Peas;
- ‘Oepsies’ bacon;
- Garnish (2 slices of tomato, salad green, olive oil, salt and pepper)
Build
- 1. All the ingredients
- 2. Put the bacon in the oven
- 3. Boil the peas until just soft and then blend
- 4. Boil the tortellini until cooked
- 5. Assemble step by step
- 6. Final plating
