Founder Manuel has created a space which allows client’s to be assessed and trained in accordance with their individual body needs where the focus is on a fitter and healthier lifestyle – Manuel has achieved this through a team of specialised personal trainers catering for all client’s requirements.

Gym Rocket  fitness centre operates as a low impact carbon footprint premises, with re-cycling and an abundance of natural lighting and ventilation. Manuel is very passonate about instituting such facilities.

Gym Rocket is a very personalised fitness centre which has expanded to the ex  tent that it has positions open, on a rental basis, for additional independant personal trainers who have an established client base and who require a professional fitness centre premises.
