Cabbage Involtino
Ingredients:
- Cabbage leaves;
- Pork mince
- Julienne carrots;
- Strawberries;
- Onion;
- Garlic,
- 2 x eggs;
- Stalk of lemon grass (or sping onion);
- Parsley;
- Olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- Some chili;
- Salt & pepper
Build:
- 1. All the ingredients;
- 2. Boil the cabbage leaves until quite soft;
- 3. Fry diced onion and garlic until onion is blonde, add the mince and carrots;
- 4. Fry the strawberries in some diced onion (add strawberries when onion is blonde). When the strawberries are soft, add some balsamic vinegar, touch of chili and then blend;
- 5. Once the mince is cooked, take off the stove and break the eggs in, and mix through;
- 6. Place the mince into the soft cabbage;
- 7. Cut the lemon grass into thin long pieces to tie into parcels, and insert into the over (180) until just starting to brown;
- 6. Place the mince into the soft cabbage;
- 8. Spoon down some strawberry pure, plate the parcel and sprinkle with some chopped parsley;
