Ingredients:
- Red onion
- Baby potato
- Cherry tomatoes
- Eggs
- Mini carrots
- Mini onion
- Mini radish
- Feta
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Build:
- All the ingredients
- Boil the eggs
- Put the longer to be cooked vegetables in the oven first (ingredients 1 to 3 above)
- Add the mini vegetables when longer veggies are three quarters cooked
- Place on board/plate, with crumbled feta on top
