CORNER GYM BRACKET EXERCISE #2: Lunge + Cable Cross Over
This exercise works the legs and upper body in one powerful motion.

How to do this exercise:
-Stand with your feet hip-width apart and take a big step forward.
-Bend both knees, stopping just before the knee of your back leg touches the ground.
-For perfect alignment in the lunge, ensure that the back leg remains at a 90 degree angle to the floor, and that you can see your front foot over the knee. Keep your back upright.
-As you lunge, stretch the arms out wide across the chest.
-Close the arms as you come back up from the lunge, squeezing your chest muscles.
-Weights can be added to the straps for those looking for a more strenuous workout.
