Work your back muscles, biceps and more with this classic exercise.
How to do it:
– Hold the corner straps at just wider than shoulder width apart, with your feet firmly on the floor.
– Hang until your arms are fully extended and then pull your body up towards the handle.
– Ensure that your torso is in line with your hips.
– Repeat!
