Reach Up Waist

Following from last weeks exercise, we decided to keep focusing on your summer body with the Reach Up Waist exercise.

Technique:

 

  • Begin lying on your back with straight legs, left ankle crossed over your right.
  • Lift your right arm up, then tighten your stomach muscles and reach it up and across the centre of your body.
  • Hold for a count of one then lower down. Change the cross of your legs, lift the left arm and repeat. Continue, alternating.

Safety Tip:

Keep your lower back pressed into the floor.
