Bicep Arm Curls

Area Trained: Front of Upper Arms

Technique:

 

  • Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding dumbbells by your sides with your arms straight but not locked and palms facing away from you.
  • Keeping your upper arms still and elbows by your sides, bend your elbows and bring the dumbbells towards your shoulders.
  • Return slowly to the start position and repeat.

Safety Tip

Perform the move slowly, without momentum.
