Area Trained: Front of Upper Arms
Technique:
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding dumbbells by your sides with your arms straight but not locked and palms facing away from you.
- Keeping your upper arms still and elbows by your sides, bend your elbows and bring the dumbbells towards your shoulders.
- Return slowly to the start position and repeat.
Safety Tip
Perform the move slowly, without momentum.
