Technique:
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart and take a large step forward with your right foot.
- Bend both knees, lowering your left knee to just above the ground. Keep your upper body upright and back straight.
- Push off your right leg, jumping up, bringing your left leg forward and right leg back.
- Continue jumping, alternating your legs.
Safety Tip:
- Keep your chest lifted and don’t let your front knee go over your front toes.
