Jumping Lunge Legs

Areas trained: Front of thighs, bottom & Cardio Fitness

Technique:

  • Stand with your feet hip-width apart and take a large step forward with your right foot.
  • Bend both knees, lowering your left knee to just above the ground. Keep your upper body upright and back straight.
  • Push off your right leg, jumping up, bringing your left leg forward and right leg back.
  • Continue jumping, alternating your legs.

Safety Tip:

  • Keep your chest lifted and don’t let your front knee go over your front toes.
