Areas Trained: Lower Back

Technique:

  • Begin Standing with legs hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  • Bend you knees and hinge forward from the hips, so your back is parallel to the ground. Let your arms hang down in line with your shoulders with palms facing inwards. This is your start position.
  • Bend your elbows so they are level with your shoulders. Slowly lower back to the start, and repeat.

Safety Tip:

Keep your back straight and your knees soft.
