Ingredients

1. Sliced salmon
2. 1 whole avo
3. Red onion
4. Tomato
5. Water cress
6. Sesame seeds
7. Balsamic reduction
8. Olive oil
9. Salt and pepper




Build

1. All the ingredients;

2. Lightly peel the skin off the avo (like the skin off an apple). Slice the onion and tomato

3. Build and all ingredients and dress with the last 4 ingredients
