Beef livers and Polenta
Ingredients:
- 100g beef livers
- 1 tea cup of polenta w/ half litre of water
- 2 diced onion
- Small tomato paste
- Small handful of chopped parsley
Build:
- 1. All the ingredients
- 2. On a medium heat, fry the onion and boil the polenta as per directions on packaging;
- 3. Cut and cook the liver in the (blonde) onion until the liver is cooked;
- 4. Separate the liver from the onion and blend the onion into a paste;
- 5. Decorate the plate w/ tomato paste;
- 6. Build layers in order of: polenta first, liver second, mash onions, pinenuts and finish with chopped parsley.
