Sit on a bench agngled between 45 and 60 degrees, dumbbells in hand and arms extended vertically or slightly bent to ease stress when bringing the arms together:
- Inhale and extend the arms to horizontal.
- Riase the arms to vertical while exhaling.
This movement should not be performed with heavy weights. It focuses the effort mainly on the clavicular head of the pectoralis major. Along with the pullover, it is a fundemantal exercise for developing thoracic expansion.
