Area Trained: Bottom, back of thighs
Technique:
- Begin on all fours with hands directly under shoulders and knees directly under hips.
- Lift your leg off the floor slightly, then kick the foot upwards, keeping the kneed bent to 90 degrees. lower but don’t rest it on the floor.
- Beginners repeat for 15 seconds on the left side, then 15 seconds on the right side. Intermediates repeat for 20 seconds on each side and advanced for 25 seconds on each side.
