Lateral Lunge

The often-ignored muscles of your inner thighs are vital for turning movements, both in the gym and on the sport field.


How to do it?

  • Stand with feet close together, with core braced.
  • Take a big step to one side, keeping a natural arch in you back and torso upright.
  • Bend the other knee to lower your body, keeping that knee in line with your foot.
