Put your hands in the handle, Keep a slight bend in your elbows, open your arms and step forward in to a lunge. Take big steps, lunging low enough that the back knee is just off the ground and the front knee doesn’t go over your toes. Keep the body upright as your bring your bring your back leg forward to move into the next lunge. To make its easier, bring the legs together before moving into the next lunge.
