Medicine Ball Press-Up

Why do it?

This pressup variation places greater emphasis on the triceps, while the instability of the ball forces your core to work over time to keep your body rigid.

How to do it!

Start in a press-up position but with your hands either side of a medicine ball, rather than flat on the floor.

Keeping your body in a straight line from head to heels, lower your chest down until it touches the ball before powering back up strongly.
