- 2. Dice the onion, grate the carrots and fry all together until blonde

- 3. Add the peas, and fry for a little bit. Then add some water to boil until soft. Add a some chopped basil
- 4. Blend all ingredients. Salt and pepper
- 5. Plate with some whipped cream, basil and raw peas
