Ingredients:
1. Pork Fillets
2. Tomato’s
3. Eggs
4. Cream
5. Parsley
6. Olive Oil & Salt and Pepper
Build:
- The ingredients
- Cut and Prepare the ingredients
- Whip the eggs up
- Fry the tomatoes
- Fill the tomatoes with the whiped eggs
- Cook the pork fillet with olive oil if you like add rosemary
- Add fresh creme and rest
- Putut the fillet on the bottom eggs and tomato on top and garnish as you like but don’t forget to sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley
