Squeeze and Crunch Stomach

Shape up for Summer with this awesome stomach. core and inner thigh training!

Technique:

 

  • Lie on your back with your knees bent, your feet flat on the floor and your hands behind your ears.
  • Place a ball between your knees. This is the start position.
  • Squeeze your knees tightly together while crunching your shoulders off the floor.
  • Hold the top position before slowly returning to the start position and repeating.

Safety Tip:

  • Keep your neck relaxed and don’t allow your chin to come towards your chest.
