Stability Ball Squats

Stability Ball Squats are great for indoor exercise, helping strengthen your core muscles.

Technique:

  • Place a stability ball against a wall and stand resting against it, facing away from the wall so that your lower back is supported by the ball.
  • Keep your feet shoulder-width apart and slightly in front of your shoulders.
  • Squat down so your hips and knees are bent to 90 degrees, then stand halfway and repeat!
