This is a GREAT core muscle exercise which helps strengthen your back!
Technique
- Kneel on all fours.
- Extend you left arm out in front of you and your right leg out behind you and hold for a count of two, keeping your back and hips level.
- Lower your leg and arm and repeat on the other side. Continue alternating sides.
Safety Tip
Keep your tummy tight and your arm and leg at an even height.
