Technique:

  • Begin standing with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball over head with both hands.
  • Quickly bring the ball down and across your body towards your right ankle, bending your hips and knees as you do so.
  • Bring the ball up to return to the start then repeat the move to the left side. Continue, alternating sides.
