Zuppa Di Fagioli con le Cozze
Ingredients
- Muscles
- Borlotti beans
- Tomato
- Celery
- Onion
- garlic
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Build
- 1. All the ingredients;
- 2. Throw the garlic into olive oil, shortly after followed by the muscles
- 3. Chop the tomato and parsley, then throw them into the muscles
- 4. In another pot, fry the onions blonde. Then add the beans (drained), followed by some boiling water
- 5. After about 15/20 minutes, add salt, pepper, some olive oil and blend the beans into a creamy soup
- 6. Ladle the soup into a bowl. Garnish with beans and chopped celery. 7. Place the muscles around the bowl. Salt and pepper.
