Areas Trained: Bottom, Inner Thighs and Core
Technique:
- Begin lying on your back with your hips and knees bent and a medicine ball gripped between your thighs.
- Tighten your bottom slightly, raising your hips off the floor to form a straight line from shoulders to knees, while simultaneously squeezing your thighs together into the ball.
- Hold for a count of five, lower and repeat.
