Ingredients
- Baby carrots;
- Mixed peppers;
- Baby fennels;
- Smooth cottage cheese;
- Pastry;
- Olive Oil, balsamic vinegar reduction, salt. pepper
Build
- 1. All the ingredients
- 2. Roll the pastry circular to form the shape as seen. 3cm high, and place in the oven
- 3. Boil the eggs
- 4. Slice the baby fennel into halves for the oven, and prep the peppers for garnish
- 5. Place the baby fennel and carrots into the oven until firm but tender
- 6. Cut the eggs into quarters
- 7. Take the pastry out the oven when crispy and fill 1/3rd with cottage cheese
- 8. Plate all;
